Falls in Elderly

by Suhaila Usuludin ~ December 9th, 2007. Filed under: Archived, Geriatrics, Neurorehabilitation.

I came across a video in Youtube with regards to increase in falls in elderly with stroke. I saw therapists facilitating the elderly to walk. And this makes me think of my future job. Yes… I have observed through my clinical and personal experiences that most elderly do not know their risk of falls. This is probably an area I can contribute in. It maybe a small area but it can change people’s lives. I will probably start with my grannies first.
