Cool! I didn’t know that there are Army OT in the US! The video is a life journey about an Army OT. From graduation to the army as an OT intern there to become an OTR (registered OT in the US). Amazing video! It’s really an inspiration to me, especially when pictures of his clients are shown. I really feel the passion burning in me. I love OT!
P.S. How about an Army OT in Singapore?

I don’t think our SAF has a military OT. Cos our army don’t go to war like the States.
The states are more practical to have military OT as they always go to war. Which means ..
War -> Injured Soldiers -> More Injured Soldiers -> Need Treatment -> Need More Treatment -> Need Military Healthcare Professionals As They Will Understand After Effects Of War …
They is why one reason why US must go war after 10 years each year. To create jobs and more jobs for the people of United States to work.
I agree! If we have OT in Sg, we’ll be viewed as redundant staff since there are not many injured trainees.
But on the other hand, how about developing new programmes for the army? we are good at programmes. Wellness programmes, healthcare series programmes etc. I’ll think about it. Just don’t throw the idea of having the profession in the army. It may be possible. In future.

Sad, but that is the reality of life, today.
