Hence, one of my group presentations for this semester will be on coming up with a new programme to enhance employability of the elderly through work rehabilitation.
It seems that most elderly took on jobs such as cleaners and gardeners in Singapore. How about those in other countries? After doing some research, I came across plenty of websites which advertise job vacancies which are age friendly. Advice for the employees and employers, as well as some news articles on employment for the elderly both local and overseas context can be assessed below.
