Don’t Worry, Be Happy

It is a well-known fact that being happy and optimistic can have longer and healthier lives. However, with all the hassles of daily life and rat race in our society, it is easier said than done. Hence, we have to start somewhere, especially educating the public on stress management.

Currently, the Health Promotion Board (HPB) of Singapore is having a National Healthy Lifestyle campaign. Mental wellbeing is the focus for this year’s campaign. Check out the following URLs for events and related articles by HPB.
